Wonder what happened, I know Archive said something about his packaging being messed up. Be great up they get those packs shipped out tomorrow or next day, I'm waiting on 2.
He doesn't answer DM's & that chick is his girlfriend. I emailed them & got a reply the next day & got a credit for pack listed by mistake so not sure why yall are getting the stiff arm.
They probably didn't start the email with, "oh great one", or something of the like. Lol
I would say they didn't get a response because dude is a proven asshole.

2.5 weeks later I get an email saying they only had one headbanger pack in stock and issue a refund for the other. I don't even think they read my emails they just finally got around to packing my order and figured it out. Idk bout you guys, but I'll be taking my business somewhere else after this experience. I used GLO for a couple years now and always got my beans. But they have just been spiraling down the toilet lately and I have lost trust in the company. Bad business ethics, lazy owners, and horrible customer service. I can gets beans from the attitude seed bank overseas faster than through GLO. And they don't nearly have the selection they used to. Burnt too many bridges. Well best of luck to all you atleast I got my hands on one pack of headbanger

They don't like making money because according to the owner he doesn't need to sell any seeds because he is so well off that this stuff doesn't matter to him. In reality he is a small time wanabe player with a huge ego that he can't control and that over rules any care for customers or making money. Sound like a good place to spend your money? Sure he offers cheap seeds or he would be gone. You think he's doing that to help any of you buying from him? If you do then you don't have your eyes open. Lots and lots of people care about money and won't touch him, neither would I ever again gauranteed.

I stay off his IG only recently been reading his post to see what's the deal.
He say's after seeds here now got hacked he is thinking about quiting again
whatever maaaan just give me my Dosi packs 1st. Though I had no worries as word on the delay came from Archive himself think his seeds got snatched by LEO from the sound of it.Until I have to file a chargeback I'm partially neutral is all glo issues. Only thing I could every truly gripe about is the shipping times (as the case again with Archive drop) but I've gotten ever single order. Sorry if yall have gotten bad service I'm not trying to patronize anyone but I'm just not that disgruntled with the guy. I have more of an issue shopping at walmart than doing business with GLO lol!
