Many guys like Growmau5 and ledgardener have these tools but took for granted the average CRI from r1-r14 you could actually have a 99cri with 0 R9 in theory.
In practice R9 starts to increase above 90 CRI
I wouldn't bash the Citizens so much, they have an extreme high cri 97+ and R9 COB, but it trades off efficiency for that .
What we have yet to discover is how important is R9 . Or even if it is is important at all. These are just second guesses so far
