lol yer a funny one ..Lol
Have a good day.
I read your posts as you stumble upon many threads to expose your tunnel vision and short sighted theories.
I guarantee your a lonely man with a house full of crap you hoard.
Enjoy your day gb
what a revelation EHOf course!
That's how bad laws are change.
Yup.
YOU CANNOT TEST A CANADIAN WITHOUT CAUSE OR UNLESS THEY HOLD A SAFETY CRITICAL JOB IN WHICH THEY AGREE TO TESTING THEN RHEY ACCEPT THE JOB!
Actually they CAN under the new proposed laws. Are you from Canada? If so I suggest you read up before offering incorrect infoYou CANNOT force a swab test without physical signs of impairment.
It won't mean anything, but they can swab away all they like. Lawyers are already gearing up for a constitutional challenge. The presence of THC is no more an indication of impairment than gun ownership is an indication of murderous intent. They can do the walk the line, touch your nose type tests that will show any actual impairment.Actually they CAN under the new proposed laws. Are you from Canada? lets all hope eh Mr..It won't mean anything, but they can swab away all they like. Lawyers are already gearing up for a constitutional challenge. Sure, after I pay you $10k for the right to be proven innocent. That hampers law enforcement genius.
If there is no scientifically proven test then they cannot say well this is the best we have so you go to jail.
Intact I fight large corporations daily for this exact issue.
Yes they do what they want cause it's their company.
But they pay lost wages when I'm done.
Just like if a cop charges you with poor evidence or none then what are you worried about?
It will be thrown out of court.
fuck that action lol Id rather fight out of court thanksSure, after I pay you $10k for the right to be proven innocent.
Get it? YOU are part of the problem. YOU should not be needed at all.
Unless you are willing to work 100% pro bono, stfu. Sorry. Rights mean nothing if it costs me $10k to be granted them.
In the meantime you could have your licence suspended becuase a cop SUSPECTS you're impaired...this little clause in the law will fuck up a lot of people. That hampers law enforcement genius.

@WHATFG counting on it..In the meantime you could have your licence suspended becuase a cop SUSPECTS you're impaired...this little clause in the law will fuck up a lot of people.
That is the point...if they smell it, they suspect it...they may have to prove impairment but in the meantime....wow this turned into an arguement I am not into. Just figured there is no definative way to test when it is consumed there is no proof. Thus taking away the smoking gun they would need for evidence, coulda smoked in the last few days... ayway Im out.
keep sayin it over and over and over again andThe new proposed impaired driving changes will hopefully be vetted/challenged before becoming laws. Unlikely but possible that someone along the way amends the current bill. If it does pass as-is, it will be immediately challenged as there are so many holes in swab testing, no set science on MJ impairment (it took 20+ years to come up with the .08 alcohol limit), then all of the points made on human rights and our constitution. It's a feast for even a first year lawyer, unfortunately it will cost some people grief and money to resolve if this bill passes as-is.
As it reads now, any of us who medicate using edibles could be potentially prevented from driving at all. Hopefully they will follow their own supposed fact-based decision making and back off before it goes through, otherwise there will be some costly court battles.
If you think cops won't cross the very thin line in the proposed bill, you must have been born yesterday. The whole bill stinks from top to bottom. Stay under the radar and continue to fight for legalization, not re-written prohibition laws. Happy 4/20?
WTF is wrong with our society, are we al turning into f'n sheep? I'm hearing some noise around this driving law portion of the bill but very little compared to what should be going on out there. Just that one section of the bill dealing with driving laws should infuriate even non-smokers. It's one thing to create laws that are manageable, enforceable and make some sense to "protect our kids" but this is blatant trampling of basic constitutional rights, based on "science" that doesn't even exist e.g. define or point to any scientific method for measuring impairment while under the influence of MJ.keep sayin it over and over and over again and
some of its gonna sink in
I'm with ya this is an outrageous violation of constitutional rights. Pierre givith and Justin takith away. This is what happens when bill the pig was put in a leading role of making arbitrary bs laws that keep his police buddies busy bugging non violent mj users. Mean while back in reality the opioids epidemic runs rampant killing Canadian youth across the country... fucken politics are a jokeWTF is wrong with our society, are we al turning into f'n sheep?
