Welcome all fellow New England growers, feel free to post your pics and updates.
Sexy branching on that, thats what i like to see in my seedlings,Here's 2 versions of gth that came out great last season that were accidentally very very slightly pollinated by a very late male cherry blast. Which is cherry pie @Dr.D81 and red pheno stumbleweed @getawaymountain. Probably will be popping a few more strains soon. View attachment 3928843View attachment 3928844 View attachment 3928845

That late cold did cause lots of damage to the peach farmers up the country from me. I do have some peach trees left over from last year. Down here in NW Florida, I can get away with planting them early. We had to clean out Mamma's old freezer about two months ago. There was lots of frozen whole fish. I put five gallons of fish deep in a hole and planted one of last year's peach trees there. It is green as hell, while all the ones planted last year are still bare stems.Never trust the weather. I got peach trees tryin to bloom already. I tell them not yet but they are young and determined. I dont think I will see peaches this year.
