So im having an issue getting my girls to point up high like ive seen others do.

Im doing a DWC in my closet. 750 watts with an AC keeping room to 77 to 80 degrees F. With RH of 75-80%

I have a good PH swing going. Roots looks healthy just can't get them to stand.

Also have C02 bag in closet. Light is about 20 inchs from highest point of plant. Any suggestions im open to learn

You might want to move your HPS lights a little closer not much. Put the back of your hand under to see how close you can get then move back 3-4 inches. It might be fine where it is. If you have an enclosure you are way to far away. I just run a small fan over the tops in between the tops and the light.
Only worry about going over 80f when in flower.
Also that looks like a Indica dominant . so... Slow grow, big dumb ass leafs and really great sparkly crystal covered bud that will be great for relaxing. They look great! Be patient!
Also your Humidity is a little high some bugs and mold like these conditions. Not good!

I can bring my humidity down. Suggestions on level? Are you saying they are perky enough? Or could they perk up more

They look great the Indica Dom. is sort of slow to start and do not stretch much into flower.
Give it 4-5 weeks and you will forget the growing pains from your baby's
