I can hear a slight hissing so there may be but can that cause issues?

Yea again donated by my friend who does larger grows. He legit donated everything from the cooling fan to the light right down to the rez...problem is hes like disappeared so im going blind at this

I have 2 air stones in each bin. They are hooked to a air pump that's meant to do alot more then 4 stones. Could it be to much?

It takes an insane amount of air to be to much. Even then it isnt the oxygen thats the problem its the co2 in the air. High amounts of co2 make the water more acidic. I never herd it applied to hydroponics. The high amounts of co2 polution making our oceans more acidic is an enviromental concern.

Are your roots nice and bright white? Could be some kind of pythim (i know i cant spell lol) pythum... Root rot whatever.

So my ppm is always at 1120. My buddy said add my nutes keeping in account the inital reading of my tap water. Cant recall EC off top of my head

Roots are very big and bright no slim on them either

I could be mistaken but to high ppm would cause lockout and the plant would look like it was wilting from lack of water because it refuses to uptake anything. Ppm to low would show signs of dificiencies. To high or low ph the same ph off it cant uptake some of its nutes ph to far off it wont uptake anything and again will look wilted. If im wrong anywhare feel free to correct me

Waiit would this explain why my ppm hasnt dropped on either bins in 3 days? Maybe tonight i bring my PPM down if so suggestions?

Yes from seed and today is 2 weeks and 4 day mark

IMO I think that is the issue. I would bring it down to 800 ppm for a week and you should see some major improvements.
