Donald Trump Legalizing Cannabis

the US budget bill includes a statement saying that indeed the federal government will not be allowed to spend any money on prosecuting mmj. But as pointed out by the report, this wont protect rec cannabis. So, this is getting tricky but gaining potential. Ridiculous that "the data showing cannabis is safe" doesn't exist. How fucking ignorant is the US government? or are they just purposefully slimey

Oregon is increasing it's mmj canopy 25%. Washington is passing bills to hinder the feds. Under a worst case scenario I see the rec. states doing Cali. 2.0 Med. programs. (You:" I've got a hang-nail, can I get a card? Doc.: "Sure and here is one for your girlfriend's stress").
