Howdy folks,
I've gotten my hands on 4 Break Dance seeds which I managed to germinate and sprout a few weeks ago. I transplanted them into 1 gallon containers with Miracle Grow potting soil and have them in a 4' x 4' x 80" grow tent with a 600w led light about a foot above them. When I transplanted them I watered with Fox Farm Grow Big. I think this is where I screwed up. Now they look healthy but real small. Like, they haven't moved much. 4" tall and only four leaves. Any advice? It's been 6 days since the transplant, I haven't watered them (I've read they like to be dry-ish) but think I shouldn't have fertilized them for another month or so.

Lay it on me, what should I do?

mirical grow I heard is not good .. just a normal good compost. compost soils have food added for 4 to 6 weeks so no need to add nutes. and definitely not be for plant is 2..3 weeks old my plants are 7 weeks old and had very little nutes. .. u can get lock out feeding them when not needed and can slow growth. . transplant also has its affect try and only transplant maybe twice .. keep an eye on them next water just feed water

So just run plain ph balanced water for a bit? I'm trying to dry them out a little before I water again. Should I ditch the soil for something else or just keep it as it is for now and when I transplant to a larger pot go with something else?

I'd transplant different soil .just use water let them establish a good root system don't use nutes till 4 weeks . but look at what food the new soil has in and how long it lasts for

also would back the light off a bit. 1 foot is also close for seedlings. i hang mine at 4 feet and let the plants grow up to the light.

All of the above is good advice. I'd recommend not feeding at a specific week though. I'd try to gauge how hungry your plants are by the hue of their leaves and gauge when to start feeding based on that.
