Let me ask a serious question line here: (if you guys can handle it)

Where is the future of the planet headed? I will give some mulitple choice options

A: back the way it was before America?
B: Just the way it is today?
C: robotics and AI will come to be common place
D: global warming kills everybody so it doesn't matter

Well, if your not a moron, you can figure this one out.

Then lets ask, what country will be best potitioned to progress the future?

A: America
B: America
C: America
D: America

Any counter arguments welcome.

More proof America is great, Steve Jobs.

Did you miss my quotes, where people are talking about killing Americans? Your Mom tells you your special huh?

Funny perspective you have. "Americans just aren't smart enough to keep that up" LOL but they are smart enough to be the dominate world power for over a century. lol. What does that make every single other country in the world then? lol!!!!!! Your logic is astounding.
Wake up, farmin. Americans were smart over a century ago, but aren't anymore. You don't have very good reading comprehension skills, do you.

America's days as a global hegemon are over--and it's because our technology has contributed to making us dumb and unwilling to learn.

From my knowledge, nobody on this site has the power of Hilter-and it's "Hitler" not "Hitlers." Guess you are a product of American-style edukatin'!

Ever heard of soup? Doesn't that have boiled meat in it? I know folks who boil ribs before they go on the smoker, and who am I to cast stones, their ribs are fantastic!
I prefer a nice thick stew.
Ribs should be slow cooked, under low heat. Smoked to perfection. Never boiled.

Who the fuck boils meat?

Funny you ask if we are not morons using the possessive "your" pronoun instead of the "you're" (you are) contraction.

YOUR very bright, Farmin!

We are going to be collectively, as a nation, too stupid to hold on to our global hegemony. That's the argument. It requires brains to be a global hegemon, and Americans don't want to develop their brains anymore. Less education is better, Americans are screaming over and over. Just listen to the orange god that's our current el presidente.

Your idea about Washington demonstrates that you haven't really researched the issue. Give up power, voluntarily, huh? He gave up the presidency after his second term because he was bored out of his mind. During the Adams administration, once there was saber rattling with France, and a possible war between the two former allies, Washington volunteered to lead the Army, thereby demonstrating that he wanted to retain power. He wanted the power to do something, and as first president, his job was to enforce the laws of the US government. Congress had yet to make any laws when he was president, and thus he was bored. That's why he quit. His letters to his wife and closest confidants demonstrate this is why he quit the presidency.

Funny thing is I agree that this is a possibility. However, it takes one great leader to bring us back to the constitution, which made this country great. Still is leaps and bounds better than any other country in the world. Now the question is, does the American people have the ability to elect one of those leaders? It's only 100 some odd days in, but I think it's safe to say Trump wont be that leader, just like Obama wasn't, Bush, Clinton ext ext. America is on a 100 year decline, but we are still the best by far, with the smartest people able to create innovation with less obstacles than any other country on the planet.

American students' routine barrage of standardized testing demonstrates that Americans are not the smartest people.

Wow you are a fucking idiot. Last time I answered that with a 10 point post...... Wow. I give up, too stupid.
What does it mean to be "great" Farmin? It's a simple yet complicated question, right. I think we need to define basic terminology in order to have a discussion. What does it mean to be "great" and how do you measure it?
