An independent council becomes all the more important after firing Comey!!! Im no Comey chearleader by a long long shot. But the effect of being able to nominate the person who will be in charge of the criminal investigation into your own campaigns possible crimes? Now thats scary crap.

One sign of autocrats is they dismantle the existing intellegence agencies, just saying...

Republican politicians are about as likely to stop Trump as they are to enact universal healthcare

So, what is the proposed solution?

He's pretty fucked. Even Lindsey Graham and John McCain want him investigated.
Is there a list of Republican congressmen/women in office who have openly opposed him or supported removing him from office in public?

I'm considerably pessimistic about Republicans removing him from office. But maybe even more importantly, what is the protocol for something like this? If a sitting president is found guilty of colluding with a foreign nation, etc. what happens to the people he appointed as cabinet members? What happens to our entire executive branch? We couldn't let Pence just become the president, could we? Trump picked Pence, and Pence is arguably worse than Trump in many ways.. So who becomes president?

I think the important thing to remember, always, and never forget are the people who supported Trump's administration, and why. Especially the Republican politicians, and Democrats who supported his cabinet members approvals. They should be held accountable for their role when the house inevitably burns down.

It's interesting to know you're living through history in the making

It kind of makes me sad. I used to get attacked as a child by my cousins in Peru for being an imperialist American. I proudly defended my country and said at least its citizens were educated enough not to vote for money grubbing liars who repeatedly steal from them and abuse them.

So far that I know of? Lindsey Graham and John McCain. Turn on MSNBC. I think your pessimism is going to be pleasantly replaced.

Who's left? Can he fire Jeff sessions?
Pretty Please?

Trump must not be allowed to remain in office, because if he were to do so it would mean America has become a de facto kleptocractic dictatorship.
Can't fire sessions or he'll roll over and testify.
