Just got back online and have been absent for a long while.
Getting ready to start a run with Canna coco and their line of nutrients. Pennywise x Pennywise (m) that I let flower and cross back, seeded and resown. Now we will see how these new line of Pennywise seeds advance...I hope for the much much better :D

Anyone familiar with the Canna line? Recommendations? Trials and Tribulations?

Thanks ahead

I've heard about this drip irrigation thing...I'm in an enclosed space so I cannot afford too much crossing of water and electrical. Currently looking for a good 4x10L storage for the nutrient water, as I like to keep everything condensed as possible. Ha! The information about it is intriguing as well, like you cannot overfeed, overwater, etc. I mean you can of course, but if you pay attention you won't. Yeah. So hopefully I increase my yield with very little effort! Huzzah!

the beauty of blumats is they require zero electricity. then you dont have to handwater your plants! very easy :) i use them for organic living soil and love them

I'm looking for a Querkle mom. :D

Popped 15 beans, all germed, got 6 girls, killed the dudes. All are in 3 or 4 gal pots, organic reused/ammended Coots-ish soil, under LEDs. All are cloned, healthy and happy, flowered as soon as they showed sex since I don't care about yield on this run just want to find the keeper. Today's one week into 12/12 and they're between 12-18" tall but up to 25" across (its a 5' x 5' tent). GIANT leaves, many of them 9-lobed. There's definite but slight variation among 5 of them, the 6th (back right) is a taller more open girl.

In my growing I mostly lean toward sativa hybrids so these are very short and squat compared to what i'm used to, although the leaves are not as fat as how I picture pure indicas. Smells are good, a couple are strong, but they all still have that young plant smell that can go any direction. I'll post more as the flowers develop. :joint:

Here's my TGA Chernobyl, very large buds , smells are really good, not super loud but a nice sweet fruity lime smell, almost like a lime Slurpee from 7/11. This was grown with water only recycled living organic soil. This strain LOVES the HPS light and a warm grow room.

very nice. My chernobyl also likes the warm temps. For mine once my temps hit roughly 85-90 it starts to grow more wispy. If I lower the temp at the end though I get such beautiful coloring like in my avatar pic. Very nice production, wish my pheno would produce like that. This strain is legendary! Hang onto it.

For anyone who is active on this thread...is there a few pages in here that has info on the ace of spades? If there is, could you give me the page #'s because it'll take make weeks to find it, this thread is fuking huge. I already had a look of the grow journal on AoS. Wasn't a ton of info so I've been looking here.

I probably had some posts of it a while back but have no clue what pages it would be. I was actually going through my archives of old pics and dug up some ace. This one was not perfect with the yellowing of the fan leaves but still not bad. I can't remember if it was even in super soil or from when I used to use concentrated nutrients. Overall it's a really good strain, better than most I have grown. It hit 20% THC. I remember when I first got the seeds they all ended up being female which was nice. It did have a little more of a chance to hermy than others but never to the point of where it was an issue with spreading to the garden. Probably heat stress. It does get that purple color especially with cooler temps. This plant only had some tints of it. Had a nice floral kind of a berry flavor if I remember correctly. I have a lot more pics of others aces but would take a long time to find them all. I let her go because I just had too many other strains that had more demand. I did back cross JTR with it though and still have the seeds. Couple friends grew them out with great results.
