I benefited from the pell grant my first two years, then George H.W. Bush signed into law a package that greatly reduced the benefit for everyone. But apparently my neighbor (a contractor who makes probably $32,000 annually) needs it so his kid can take biology classes at the local comm. college. I've been to a hospital once. I have fixed plenty of wounds without a doctor also the roads won't just vanish. If LA is truly worth it the people will fix the roads. But LA don't have enough natural resources to take care of the population the heard could use some culling.

OMG Sky why do you always spread false information !!! Pell GRANTS do not have to be repaid unless it was an overpayment. Trump also did not cancel Pell Grants he reduced funds for it by $3.9 billion. The budget for it last year was about 28 billion.
I suggest you learn the difference between a grant and a student loan. I thought you said you went to college
