I did finally get my order . Almost 2 months . He was dealing with some personal issues at the time . You just will have to keep calling him . If you ordered credit card than dispute the transaction. He will be forced to send them or your money back .

I dont deal with scammers and I am not jays bitch where I should have to repeatedly contact him. Ill probably see him in person eventually. Hes a scammer and therefore I think hes a narc too, when the cops knock on his door he will give up your info because he has zero integrity.

At what time? I ordered a year ago and there were posts saying hes a scammer. he came on and made an excuse and he had beans I wanted so I fell for his scam. Hes been scaming for 1.5 years straight, It wasnt a one time event.

TBH I got a free pack of gamechanger x Irene apricot and every pheno I got was fire. So if you haven't grown it don't talk shit. I mean if you got the seeds and grew it fine but 5:10 females and all are fire looking and dank smelling and yielders to boot . Sucks not getting beans tho. I got all mine within 5 days from order to the great white north.

Nobody gives a fuck if he sent your beans, he scams a large percentage. Dont use sourpatch seedbank unless you want to get scammed.

This is really disappointing to hear that this is still going on. I got burned with an order from Oregon Elite Seeds, my old lady sent the money order and didn't track it, which was later cashed in Portland (not blaming Toby here it is what it is and he communicated with me the whole time when tracking it with my bank), so I refuse to buy without a credit card option. I thought that Sour Patch might accept CC so it was enticing.

I noticed Jay at Sour Patch Seeds had some Archive Gelato 33 and 41 ($200 each) on his website, and so I bought one of each of those on August 16th and then sent tracked cash payment ($440 total, including his $40 shipping charge to Canada) to him in Arizona, which he'd apparently received August 22nd. I emailed to confirm shipment on August 30th, and then again September 3rd, and received a reply from Jay on September 4th stating he'd been on a trip and would ship my items on the 5th. I emailed to confirm shipment and request a tracking number if possible on the 6th, and then again on the 8th, but haven't yet received a response, which bothers me somewhat. I ship payment tracked and then promptly provide that tracking number to a seller so we're both on the same page as far as delivery progress, so I do usually expect the same in return. Being in Canada, I like to be aware of customs progress and the exact ‘out for delivery’ date, but I also like definitive proof that a seller has actually sent items I've paid hundreds of dollars cash for. Otherwise, it might be too easy to fall victim to non-shipment of goods by an unscrupulous individual, not that that's necessarily the case with my purchase, although I'll certainly update here if it turns out to be. If I do get my two packs in a timely manner and with a September 5th ship date, I'll be content and will be sure to post that as well. I honestly don't see why any retailer needs to refrain from shipping your items for anywhere near two weeks after getting your cash payment for apparently in stock items. 3-5 days is plenty.
