If you are lucky and you don't over or under water they will take off.3 day seedling.... newbee have 4 23 watt cfl. Just started lights to be honest just had by my window. Seeds were blue dream. I plan on putting on deck. Any pointers
This.It's not nessesary.
your soil looks very heavy, get a bag of perlite and mix it at least 75% soil 25% perlite, i actually like even more, i usually go at least 35% perlite. you'll get a lot better drainage, which means better roots, which means healthier plants.3 day seedling.... newbee have 4 23 watt cfl. I had good luck with my tomatoes and pot under Agromax uv bulbs added to my t5. They didn't require the normal hardening off as long as it was the spring sun. Haven't tested it with summer sun. I'm sure the summer sun will be more harsh.actually, thats not true. a plant that starts outside and lives its whole life there is "hardened off" as it grows, most small plants do not get full light all day, they are small and anything taller than them will block the light, so they may be in a sunny spot, but not be getting "full" sun.
a plant that has been started indoors has never hardened off and will burn if you take it from under grow lights to under full sun in one day. no matter how strong you think your growlights are (and they can be too strong) they ain't a pimple on the suns ass.
ask anyone that grows tomatoes.....or weed
Were talking about light intensity not all things that apply to all plants.
What was premise or subject? Did I made the mistake of thinking they were sprouted under sun?Why am I reading that it is optimal to place seedlings under 18/6?
bwahahaha only a joint from a seedling put outside. lmaoYou could place a seedling out side after hardening off but you'll only get a joint, where as 18/6 allows for the plant to become larger the bigger your plant is in veg, the more joints you will get out of it.
