your soil looks very heavy, get a bag of perlite and mix it at least 75% soil 25% perlite, i actually like even more, i usually go at least 35% perlite. you'll get a lot better drainage, which means better roots, which means healthier plants.
when they get 4 or 5 sets of leaves, start putting them out on the deck, for just a couple of hours a day at first, then progressively longer, so that after 10 days or so you're just leaving them out

I put perlite with soil when i put them from seed. You think its safe to re pot them or wait it out. That pic was when i just started light

Keeping them under a light is about matching the hours of day not the intensity of the sun. as long as the sun is above 12/12 light cycle and climbing put them out. You will be fine and it is just a plant and the sun will not kill it..

actually, thats not true. a plant that starts outside and lives its whole life there is "hardened off" as it grows, most small plants do not get full light all day, they are small and anything taller than them will block the light, so they may be in a sunny spot, but not be getting "full" sun.
a plant that has been started indoors has never hardened off and will burn if you take it from under grow lights to under full sun in one day. no matter how strong you think your growlights are (and they can be too strong) they ain't a pimple on the suns ass.
ask anyone that grows tomatoes.....or weed

I was not suggesting that grow lights compare to the sun. Cannabis is a sun loving plant . That is the only reason it can be grown under 24 hours of light. try growing tomatoes under 24 hrs of light and you will understand why tomato farmers shouldn't input on cannabis grows .

how about those of us who grow both? successfully? how about some things apply to all plants, and some don't?
how about you don't teach your grandpa how to cut bait when hes been fishing a long time already?

You could place a seedling out side after hardening off but you'll only get a joint, where as 18/6 allows for the plant to become larger the bigger your plant is in veg, the more joints you will get out of it.:)

I had good luck with my tomatoes and pot under Agromax uv bulbs added to my t5. They didn't require the normal hardening off as long as it was the spring sun. Haven't tested it with summer sun. I'm sure the summer sun will be more harsh.
