Quantum SIDE update :
I am also growing an Amnesia Auto under the triple quantum and it is going to chunky town ( week 4 ) - little foxtail - but haven't shown her much. Main Bud is about fist sized and in a 2 gallon pot ( no room for bigger at the time ).
Anyways , i misfired on her last feed and burned her a little but she is still moving along.
Fucking bloom feed had hard bits at bottom of last 1/4 of container and more than likely had a way off balanced feed.
Quantums have really turned up the CHUNKINESS of my current strains. I have harvested tight hard nugs under this light. No God Damn fluffy shit.

This GSG Strain is piney , pungent and doing well under 12/12. I am dropping schedule 11/13 saturday ( week 8 ) and will go down to 10/14 for finish. This strain seems to be getting closer to end .... Notice the bud Flop .
I plan to bribe my seed source of this strain with beer , pizza and a slut. He sourced from somebody that he wont let me in on ..... Bastard. Anyways i need more of these . Lol

Im looking to build a light with quantum boards for the end of my trays in my flowering room. I need to build two lights that cover 2'X4' I was thinking about going with 4 quantum boards. I was thinking about using a 320 hlg driver with 4 quantum boards is that fine to use?
Im also thinking about building 2 veg lights to cover two 4x4 areas, how many quantum boards per 4x4 coverage and what size driver would you go with?
Im new to diy so any help would be much appreciated!

What are ur yields like? I was thinking about doubling that and running lower ma for higher efficency
(I started researching last night so I could be way off)

Just purely for spread I would use 4 boards in the 4x4 veg with a 320 driver. You could do a 240 driver and be ok but I would like to have the extra wattage on the driver just in case.
Not had yields yet as it's my first run, but the light spread with 2 doubles is great, seems way brighter than a 600 gavita

How far apart should I space them? What lights do you reccomend for veg? 3000k? Ill definetly go with the 320

So this is what ive got going on in my 4x2. Have a couple of autos in there for now so we shall see how it goes. I just fitted it in there so i will tidy up the wires a bit later.
They're central in each half of the tent

Hows the coverage?
I doubt you'll be disappointed, I certainly am not, 2 large light sources in a fairly small tent I'm aiming at 500 grams from this run and I recon I'll get it.
