ummm i'm pretty sure the capitol of california is in norcal, dumbass. and have you even been to frisco? it's one of the nicest cleanest tolerant and diverse cities in the nation (don't be such a homophobe). don't get me wrong, i love the entire state of california as a whole. nothing in nor cal can compare to the beaches of LA and santa barbara. and you do realize that most of the med weed is grown in nor cal (ever heard of humboldt county??). the prices are ridiculous up here too. so cal has decent weed for shit prices, whereas nor cal has amazing weed for amazing prices. and don't even get me started saying that so cal has chiller people than nor cal. all anybody gives a shit about in so cal is material things. at least people in nor cal have some substance to them and won't judge you because you don't own a pair of diesel jeans or a LV purse.
