Given their longer season, I don't know why any non-commercial grower living in CA would want to go to the trouble of indoor growing if they can use the sun. But it's complicated down there. Some don't have a choice. So, COBs.

I've read that commercial growers are reluctant to migrate to COBs because their business and grow operation are already tuned to HPS.

I'm guessing your aren't arguing that no action in reducing fossil fuels need be taken because it's already to late.
