Mids/ Schwag? Bagseed grow Indiana

2-4 weeks old, they were in about a cup of soil until I transplanted them to these gallon containers a week ago, so that's partly why they are so small, plus I didn't give them any nutrients and when I did I burnt them by accident lol. They will be in there until transplanted outside half non nutrient light potting mix, half soil. I'm waiting another 2 weeks at least so they can get stronger to withstand bugs. 300 watt led from seedling, recently added 8 23w 6500k cfl bulbs, ordering another led tonight or tomorrow. Also ordered 5 blue mystic AF, 5 Blueberry kush AF, 5 Critical AF, 5 Super skunk reg from Nirvana and i'm going to be taking most of those outside also. Stay tuned! I can also upload pics of my last bagseed grow if you guys want. Only got half oz cause it was in woods with 1 or 2 hrs of direct sunlight and flowered well into mid November ended up getting some mold cause cold temps and lots of rain, so I had to cut when it wasn't ready, pus I didnt plant the outside till the beginning of july.

They're looking okay aside from the yellowing.
You said you burnt them accidentally? Mind if I ask what the mistake was?
Because you're going to have to start feeding them if you plan on keeping them in there for another 2 weeks.
Also I hope you have a better spot picked out this year than the shady spot you were mentioned. I can see that you topped them. Looks like an Uncle Ben 4 top. What's going to happen is your tops are just going to stretch out like mad with very little node growth. Node growth is what you want. Nodes = budsites at the end of the season.
Also what's your lighting schedule? If you're under 24 hour lighting then tossing them outside very well may cause some problems. Maybe not this late in the season though.
Also are you planning on hardening them off before you toss them out?
If you can I'd try and start doing so asap.
Leave them outside for maybe 2 hours and then ramp up the time out in the actual sun per day.
You're shoving them outside during June and the sun's pretty damn intense then.

I burnt them accidentally probably just because the root system was so small in the tiny amount of dirt that I had them in, I gave 25% strength nutrients but I may have accidentally given a higher percentage like 40% possibly. Since they were in such a small amount of dirt it dried out every day or two so I gave them the nutrients like 3 days in a week, then they started getting a claw which is nitrogen toxicity. And the yellowing is due to having no nutrients the first couple weeks. None of them are getting anymore yellow since transplanting them. I also just ordered a viparspectra 300w led, fox farm trio nutrients, pH meter and pH balancer, they'll be here Monday. And my closet I have them in is about 85-90 degrees I'm guessing so it won't be too much heat stress, the sun may stress them out a bit though but I'm getting more seeds in the mail that I want inside so I have to transplant these regardless.
This grow isnt super serious so even if a few of them die or I don't get as much cause of transplant stress I'll be okay with it. Honestly I'm only expecting an ounce of each female, any more than that and I'll be real happy. And yes I have a good spot, at least 10 hours of direct sun probably more. I'm only going to plant one or two in each spot) but I can't take them outside to get them accustomed to the sun cause I live in a city so that would be kinda dumb lol. And they are currently under 20/4. And I topped mostly to keep them short. But it should give me at least a little extra bud hopefully.

The beauty of bag seed is you can pop as many as you like. Put a few more in soil, pointy end down, in gallon pots. Soak well. Today and tomorrow are good above ground planting days.

Of course they are stunted (temporarily), they were in less than a cup of soil in clear plastic without nutrients for almost 3 weeks, did you even read my post? Im not going to start over, they'd be even SMALLER than these in two weeks, I'd probably get even less outdoors, there's barely enough time as is I don't want to go into November . And even if I did want to start over I don't even have any more bagseeds atm. I have more seeds coming in the mail though. Should be here this week. These are all going outside ( I might keep a couple indoors though) in 2 weeks anyways, why would I kill them?

Not sure where you are in Indiana, but I've had a few buddies tell me that they have been getting their grows thrashed by storms and flooding. Pick a good spot, dont want your hard work destroyed.

Thanks, where I'm planting a few of them I won't really have protection from that, but I have a few different spots so even if some get killed I'll for sure have some regardless.

Also, just curious, is there any way to tell the difference between hemp and normal cannabis? I stumbled across 70+ plants in a small area, the way they are growing they definitely don't look like someone planted them, Im sure they have been growing here for a while, you can even tell where the bud fell last year in the first picture from the way the plants are growing. Plus its only 20 second from the street at a pretty publicly known place lol. There are also a couple ruderalis in there, one even showed pistils already. I'm really hoping its normal bud so I can get some extra bud. Either someone planted seeds a few years ago and forgot, or they are old industrial hemp, hopefully its the first scenario.

Yes, I read it. And I empathize and understand your reluctance to end this session. I was joking partly, but little plants still yield quality bud, so good on ya for carrying on.

I'll have an update tonight or tomorrow. I got my nutes and new light on Sunday and gave a full strength feeding, and another feeding today. They're looking good but I had some aphids and a few mites but they seem to be gone, I'm going to keep spraying with neem oil though for at least another week or two, plus I got another organic spray I can use too. I also got my seeds in the mail yesterday! I don't want to plant them till I'm sure all the pests are gone though.

Dude you should pull more than that easily. It's only June. With a month + some change veg time outside you should get a decent haul on em. Go dig your holes asap and leave em for a week so the local critters can explore the holes and figure out there's no food there.
I can see you topped some at 2 nodes and some at 3 from the leaf blade count.
The ones that you topped at 2 can and will push off 4 nice colas. If the bottom 2 decide to be stragglers then lst the top ones down so the bottom ones catch up. Then just let em fly.

As far as the plants you found they look like dope to me but I'm no expert. The net has to have some sort of comparison chart. Tall and stretchy though so they're probably not getting enough light. Maybe someone chucked some bagseed mix out there? Could explain the ones flowering (autos). Or even could be from previous year. Hell I abandoned a spot a couple of years ago and left a good 50+ small plants from a lazy grow and just plugged the seeds strait into the ground. All regular seeds from a seed run. I'm sure that place has to be littered with dope plants by now if no one found them. Spot got full sun from sunrise until night. It'll be one hell of a treasure for whoever does in the event they found em before males pollinated them.

Are you planning on feeding the one's you're tossing outside or just letting em do their thing?

Dude whoever found that spot is so lucky. There has to pounds on those plants at the end of fall lol. And I'm not actually planning on giving nutes because the soil we have here is pretty good, so I don't think I'd need it, but if I saw nutrient deficiencies or something then yeah I would feed them if absolutely necessary. I'll try to dig some holes this weekend or week. I did cut one of the unknown male plants down though and the stem was hollow which means hemp, but a different one I cut down didn't have a hollow stem so I'm not really sure, I'm just gonna wait and see! Here's some pics from today and a picture of my lights! I've been bending the tops down for a few days so the lower ones can get some light, they're looking pretty good. I am having some major pH issues though on the 3 plants I have in this shitty dirt I got from family dollar so I flushed them with 6.5 pH water, but it doesn't seem like its helped much.

What parts in Indiana are you trying to go in? Lifelong hoosier here. 40+ years of growing in this state. If you're in the Northwestern part of the state that's where all the wild hemp grows wild. Anywhere north of US 24 is a no-go in my books outdoors. You'll end up with fully seeded bud as I used to grow in Jasper County and the surrounding counties.

Last year I didn't get any pollination on my females so I'm pretty confident I won't this year, hopefully.

I'll update later today, I now have 4 LEDs, two more on the way this week , planted 30 germinated seeds today ( I have another 50 or so in paper towels not germed enough to plant) and planted the 20 I got from nirvana in the germ kit I got.

Well it turns out my pH meter was shit and I was feeding water that was anywhere from 5-6ph which is why my plants lower leaves look like shit. They've responded well to just normal water (ours is 7),I'm currently using general hydroponics liquid pH tester drops which seems to actually be accurate. I also gave them a dose of Epsom salts which was badly needed. Tiny plant is blue mystic auto from Nirvana. I've topped a few more plants also. I'm gonna dee what the difference outdoors between topped and non topped and how much of a difference it makes in yield.
