I'm debating on whether or not to stick my 400w MH in there with the big girls. It's only got the regular bulb it came with... I might try it for a day and monitor temps. I've only hit 89 degrees one time and that was because the central unit didn't kick all night (was about 65 that night outside). This might be problematic when temps start cooling down over the next month, I might have to run another can fan for intake from under the house if thats the case.

Let me just say, at day 17 flower I topped P4. It was starting to curl from being too close to the light. I just found the piece of top i cut out and................................................................................................ I ...nuked it. It couldn't have been more than 1/10th a gram dry. Let me just say, even microwaved and very premature, damn.... I've got good stone and my tongue is tingly. Maybe 3 good tokes off my glass piece. Very mellow smoke, signature white taste distorted a lil cause of the microwave. I'm gonna be starin at them 4 bitches now like a ship wrecked crew of 2 as the better of the two tries to rationalize the other guys almost dead anyway and i'm hungry...

Yeah I got some gardening twine to lasso the green giants down a lil, will do that by the end of the week. P4 is the lanky pheno'd one I came into the tent about 10ish the other night and it was already cripsy, so i just pinched it on off. Will be the last time i do that before harvest.

I'm in a wait n see on the yield. When it's dry, it is what it is. I'd like to get a O a plant ideal. I just stuck my 400W MH in there tonight to monitor temps and see how they take to it. All I know do far is from 5 minutes of setting it up and taking pics, I've got a god awful headache from the extra light.
here's a few pics with the MH in there. 800W total now.

Yeah Mane! I know for a fact that 400w MH adds about 30 to the electric bill, so I'll easily trade that off for some extra grams. I gotta watch the temps though I'm up 10 degrees since I added it to the tent bout half hour ago. Still under 90 though. If it starts over that I'm gonna add a box fan to try n draw out the extra heat. If that doesn't work i might try and install it in the hood with the HPS and remove the ballast and run it external like my MH.

woa, where's my sunglasses.
That sure does brighten things up with the MH there.... I just did a web search to see if there are any marijuana strains that have been developed with the mechanisms of hereditary transmission, or genetic engineering to grow in higher temperature ranges. Nothing came up though. Wonder if there is anything like that for you folks living in high heat parts of the earth, equatorial regions?

that 400 gonn do justice and itll be 30- 40 on the bill but better buds.so it would be more worth it

i think outdoors would be different because outside got fresh air ad co2 all over it

that sounds good.so i guess your plants could survive the hot temps.in high temps i heard co2 could help alot

Aight boys time to get down to brass tack on supplementals. I'm trying to figure out which way to go on adding either molasses or apple juice or a combination of both starting next feeding til the end. I need to know the recommended dosage, if what I got's ok (Molasses is unsulphered and apple juice is organic, only addative is absorbic acid to preserve color) Open to any and all suggestions, hit me.
