Opinions on my plants!?

Hey, I have 7 plants in my tent 1x1m, I started some extra as I didn't think the first ones were gonna make it through. However they have now recovered so have a few more than planned, these have all been under cfl and have been moved under the led (900w-400w actual) a couple of days ago. It's currently 34" away as I had it at 30 and everything immediately started drooping. Highered the light, all is good and they regained health, Just want some opinions on the general condition of these. The last photo is just one out of the box to show it without the led light. The small ones are 2 weeks old and the big ones 5 weeks (from seed) Thanks in advance

No matter what. The smaller will still be three weeks younger. That's a big difference in growth. It's not the height but the maturity.
I get that but surely it's better to have a more even canopy regardless? It wasn't the plan to have so many tbh but I wanna try make it as even as possible, so even though the others will always be more mature do you think this would help, also they're all going in 12L pots soon

Sit the smaller plants on some boards. Elevate to an even canopy. The plants ain't running this, you are.

From what I have read everywhere else though topping delays growth and they will slow down a bit allowing the others to catch up a little. Would you not advise topping then? If so why not?
