What's the minimum and maximum voltages of the driver. All I can tell from the name is that it's 1400mA drive current.

You'll want a cob that sits between those voltages.

Too low and it likely won't light up. Too high and you'll probably fry it.

Try for something around the 36v mark.

3500k is a bit more red. If that's going to be a full cycle light. You could use it like that.

But, if it's just for vegetation. You'd be better with a 4000k or 5000k bulb. They've got more blue in them.

Reds promote stretching and flowering a bit more. Where as a more blueish light will be better for foliage and stockier plants.

Blue light inhibits the growth hormone Auxin. That's not to say your plants won't grow. Just that they'll be shorter due to decreased nodal spacing. Which is the distance between one side branch and the next on the same branch.

The recommended minimum and maximum flowering and full cycle footprints are at 500 and 1200 PPFD.
The recommended minimum and maximum vegetative footprints are at 300 and 700 PPFD.:leaf::leaf::weed:

Temperature is 22C, I have in stock 2 True 29 C 3000K powered at 1400mA 200W, I have the dimmer I put to 150W

To much light will bleach top of plant & would slow growth on young plants but ur plants look healthy just slow growing.
Are u growing in soil:confused:
Are the roots getting enough air or did u over-water maybe:confused:

Bro I put him no water every day, the ground is very airy, can it be the strain? They are predominantly CBD, the two are Candida CD1 is the small one has 20 days is a Dinamed of Dinafem.

Bro I solved, then I had mounted a potentiometer to the driver HLG 185H 1400b the potentiometer is 10K, I came across the doubt, I removed the potentiometer is done go without potentiometer, I lit the LEDs and blinded me from the very light ahahahaha light, In fact now the heat sink feels the heat, before I did not feel the heat,
