You mean too much money like General Motors had in 2008.......the big can fall just as easily and bigger as well.
some ARE gonna fail for sure. Once twoods capital is eroded by investor fatigue and knowledge of TOO many LP's sharing a very narrow pie...ka-boom.....see ya suckers. How much they worth today compared to a year ago....lol....fuckem and it's gonna be nice to see em tank.

The only way they would be too big to fail is if the politicians had their own money invested.

GM has hundreds of thousands of employees, including vendors and thrird parties that rely on their business. If GM failed, the ripple effects would have been devastating to the economy.

If an LP fails, it will only be devastating to investors. There really isn't a ripple effect here because they employ so few people and have so few suppliers. The growers could easily sell to other buyers. A few jobs would be lost, but probably would be absorbed by other employers.

How I hate these words to pass my lips...LPs are not going to go away...I don't think dispensaries are either.

As always, individual business can be profitable but the organization can be bankrupt. Happens all the time. Management sucks out too much money, acquires too much debt, and doesn't plan for shit.

But a lack of value in the stock market doesn't effect the enterprise directly. t effects the investors as well as the ability to issue new shares to raise new capital, but it doesn't mean that LP's have to close their doors. The only thing that would cause that is debt. And if banks or trust funds were stupid enough to loan LP's money, they deserve what they get. ;)

I doubt cash flow is low, so managing debt is their biggest challenge.

Well, lots of people are selling, but who is buying? And why? Are LP's just trading stock to keep the price afloat?
