Nobody is going to turn anyone in and I could give a shit what people do inside their house, especially when it comes to weed. It's when what they're doing starts effecting the outside of their house is when it becomes a problem. I'm planning on putting my house up for sale within the next 6-10 months and it's shit like this that makes houses harder to sell and lowers property values. I actually figured by now they would have gotten popped. Oh well, just venting.

Fuck that, you are selling your house and you know 100% that this will effect the ability to sell the house. My opinion is you are crazy to have let it go on this long. It is a sticky situation because you really don't know all the details. There is no doubt that there are over stepping there bounds by setting stuff up outside.
However, maybe they do have a grow license that allows them to grow like 99 plants. So calling the cops my just be pointless. The grower I worked for also had a neighbor that did not like the smell and complained all the time.
The neighbor couldn't do anything because he was not growing more than his medical license allowed. Yea you could try to sabotage his grow. But what if he does grow for a bunch of patients that depend on him for their medicine?
Just a thought not trying to start anything.

Its illegal here and they rent and set up whole houses here to. No one lives there. Roller shutters on all the windows that never go up is a good clue but thats about it.
