i need some tips on my CFL Grow Closet

i picked this old ass closet and ive got 2×2×4 feet for growing space and a 2x2x2 feet for sexing clones and those side operations im planning to get 6 or 7 40watt cfl lights in it,no reflective walls or foils..do i need to put an air intake and a vent to fan the hot air off those lights outta the closet?

You deffo need good air exchange and filtration so your ladies will thrive regardless of the grow space. Can be done cheap when using CFL. And consider painting the inside flat white to get the best from your lights. Happy growing!

I would only flower 2 plants at a time in that 2x2. I tried flowering 3 in 3 gals in a 2x2 by the time i was getting into flower it was soooo overcrowded. Can do 2 x 3gals or just 1 topped lst trained plant in a 5 gal or 7 gal air pot in there. Could yeild alot more just doing one in that space. Here is a pic of the 3 in veg before flip. I did end up getting rid of 1 tho. Lol
Kinda wish i just did 1 girl
As im about to harvest and i woulda most likely gotten the same weight from 1 girl than 2 in that space.

You could try a scrog and get a good yield and you won't run into height issues.

Flat/Matte white works better than glossy right?
im asking about the air venting cause most cfl boxes ive seen on the internet didnt seem to have air intake and vents tho just to be safe i thought id put a 3×4 inches air intake(still donno what to use for filters i guess just AC filters? ) and a 4" hole with a pc fan to vent out the hot air..

Yeah Matt white is best. You need ventilation, plants need to breathe too. I use pc fans, cheap and quiet, keeps it stealthy.

Thank you sir. I just harvested those. I have 1 in veg topped once has 4 main colas been vegging for 8 weeks. Stands about 10 inches tall from top of the pot. It did take a fall but is recovering thank god.

And i also have a jack white clone almost 3 weeks in flower gave to me. I lollipopped and lst he clone its doing well
In the flower box i use one 80mm pc fan for an intake and use 3 80mm pc fans for the exhaust using a 4inch black tube "T". It worked good when they were in veg qhen using cfls. I use led now for flower

Scrog is a great idea, makes a huge difference
