Amare PPFD mapping

Yeah, these trolls have no respect for the truth nor verified facts if they don't agree or it's not in the best interest of the companies in their little cliques or the ones they're pushing. A lot of times they don't even have their facts straight so they end up spewing misinterpreted google facts or outright lie to discredit companies not on their approved list either out of sheer ignorance or outright misrepresented facts and lie to make themselves or companies look good. Lots of companies claim to be the most efficient, yet run at the same current and chip as others are laughable. The only ones that qualify to pass judgement or make recommendations are the ones who present verified facts, meaning they would have to had actually paid for and had experience growing with the particular make they are bashing or have an opinion about. All the rest have no value since there are no test subjects to verify info and theories or results, which are then basically hypothetical or straight BS. Sounds impressive to those who are inexperienced, but pure comedy to those who understands and have invested the resources to test the brands they critique or praise.

You make a valid point on angling the sensor towards the light, since plants tend to turn their leaves towards the light source for max efficiency as long as they are healthy and the spectrum is on. This should increase the ppfd considerably. This is very common we amare growers refer to as praying, as they reach for more light.
Save us mr. engineer. You have revealed nothing.

That's why I only speak about what i have experience w/ & my referrals to others are only based off of that experience.
Not trying to jumpstart any drama & it's nice to see the haters have backed off, probably realizing how bad they sound saying negative things about something they have no knowledge about.
I should do mapping using the Pro-4's. The spread is excellent.

Hybrid, in one of threads I mentioned Silica. This one is said to be used throughout (not using it YET)

RAW Silica contains 45% Silicon Dioxide which is the highest concentration of silicon dioxide available to the home gardener. RAW Silica is flowable and suspend-able in water and naturally available to the plant. Since RAW Silica is a natural form of silicon dioxide, it is PH neutral and does not cloud when added to water. RAW Silica can be used during all stages of growth and bloom for optimal stem and cell wall strength. It is a beneficial supplement to all feeding schedules. Works in conjunction with all nutrient and feeding programs.

Silica has never been shown to have any benefits in dicots.........not that it's a rare mineral anyways, it's probably already in most soils/container mixes

if it makes you feel all good inside, no problems spending $$$ for it

edit ......it even states it on the RAW product labelling, "no benefits to dicots",lol......maybe put it in one of your health drinks pet?

I add silica once in awhile in veg & sometimes within the first 2 wks of flower but not after bud formation.
I'm sure it strengthens stems & from what I see causes the plants to open up for better light.
But I feel it would compromise the flowers.
Also use Vitalize which includes a different form of silica. Same as Facilitor. Also only used by me In veg or up to 2 weeks of flower.

Never claimed to be an engineer nor tried to pass off as one that seems to be the trend here with the panel of wanna-be LED experts. Like I said before, Goud, SDS, Supra and Growmau5 are the only non-biased real knowledge here. Not here to share info with those who have no respect for the truth and are full of themselves. Just can't stand BS, misguided hatred and prejudice.

Fuck you poser. My ass dingleberries have built more lights. You didn't say you were an engineer, but you seem to spew incomplete data about being one.....

No thanks. Is the language supposed to be intimidating? Si, I never claimed to be an engineer. You're the one who called me an engineer, so I had to clarify . Is this selective memory or just retardation? I'm not the one making ASSumption and claims, so no verification needed. You're the one who have to disclose your sources since u tend to make claims and have your facts twisted. The burden of proof is on those who talk shit.

"My ass dingleberries have built more lights."

Lol. Another classic wild claim and ASSumption from a wanna-be LED expert. By the way, let's see all those lights you built, preferably growing our girls. I don't have time for onesy and twosy DIY homemade crap, not that I haven't done it. Bolting a few cobs to heat-sinks and drivers is not rocket science, so please spare us your so-called talent. Let's see some grow pics to back your claims of greatness. No pics = posing. Unlike you, I'm a grower, not a bullshitter and have grown with LED for 8yrs+ now, including crap and quality panels. Unless you actually grow, your input's worthless on a grow forum.

Life's too short for bullshit.

Last two pics above is a month later with just water.

Yeah, they attack you, because you speak the truth and show actual results that's not in their best interest. Notice with all their claims of greatness, yet none will accept your side by side challenge? A bunch of sideline claimers and haters, yet none will step up to the line. Spreading negative opinions on a product based on absolutely no experience of actual use is pure BS. It's a crackup a lot of times when they don't even have their facts straight out of ignorance, making complete fools of themselves, tripping over their own bullshit. These retards will even resort to attacking others on a personal level, which is so pathetic. They can't handle the truth and will even lie to make themselves sound knowledgeable, hate on this company or protect their interests. Funny these clowns accuse you and others who speak about a company that you actually have experience with as trolls and shills, yet they constantly push their clique's companies. A bunch of double standard, pathetic foolios. Unfortunately. it's the new growers to riu that fall for their BS, but the ones who have been around here know they're full of it. Keep up the great work.

That's right! Show this clown Wazup. Not that it matters to him. He'll never stop his shannanagins. Been following me around running his Dirty Clown Whore Mouth since i got Amares.
Nice work!
So, do you keep your Pro-4's 16" apart on center or inside edge to inside edge?
I ask cuz mine are 25" on center making them about 14.75" apart inside dimensions.
To be fair, nobody that matters is knocking Amare around here anymore that I'm aware of.
Good quality lights they are. My next run should be a good one if my wife will let me get a lil veg time under the trellis. Always in a hurry. Lol!
They're a lil to tall again to run straight colas so I'll be bending them horizontal under the first net. Usually requires a few weeks under the net before flip in this case. We'll see.
Good to see your work. Feel free to post your stuff on my threads too. Love seeing these babies in action.

Take it up with them
NPK RAW Biogenic Silica
Silicon in and of itself is beneficial to plants, but it is most beneficial to those plants that accumulate high levels of extra silica in their tissues. In rice, for example, silica is already considered an essential element, and many grasses and other monocots are significant silicon accumulators. In contrast, most vegetables and other dicots accumulate only trace amounts of silica, so the benefits of synthetic, water-soluble silica are often limited. Biogenic silica, on the other hand, provides water-soluble silica when the plants need it the most, and it provides a host of additional side benefits during the rest of the plant’s growing cycle.

^ this is why I stopped running threads here- too much time defending myself

BTW, Great grow room

On a sad note, the cannabis corporate takeover is quietly in full swing :

You shouldn't let these ignorant haters and trolls discourage you from sharing your grow and results. Their corrupted views are worthless anyway. Unfortunately this forum's corrupted by a few of these haters and trolls, turning many to other forums from their relentless policing and attacks. Sad...

This is the nature of the beast. The cartels will always take over when the time is right, due to the massive potential revenue.
