As long as it's moist and has warmth it should crack and dig in.If anything, I'm wondering if the soil isn't compact enough around the seed. But I did gently dig one up early to look at it and the seed did look moist. So it should be fine. What do you think?
Pointed side down in the peat. If conditions are optimal should crack 24-48 hrs, above ground in 3-7 days.
However I have seen beans take 3 weeks in non optimal conditions. The joy of beans.
