Is This Officially Flowering?

Excuse my noobness but this outdoor plant has been growing about 6 weeks now and I am wondering if I should start providing flowering nutes. Also, I'm thinking that I will wait a week until its next feeding as you can see that it's been overdosing on nitrogen.

Id say its official from the pic! Hold off on the feeding, she still looks really green and healthy besides the burn. It might take longer than a week for her to get to a point where shes hungery so just watch her close. If and when you do finally need to feed do it at 1/4 strength.

Yeah bro. That's a girl. Congrats. Don't change to flower nutrients just yet. Ease into it.

Hopefully you get a nice fat cola and a whole lotta chunky sattelites to pick from.

Good job so far.

So the plant is almost 60 days old now from when it broke ground and has been flowering for probably about a month. However, it's only 7 inches tall. I didn't top it and only did lst on the main stem. The main cola is about 2 inches right now. I need to get a loupe so I haven't checked the trichs yet but am guessing I have another month to go. Does the plant seem small based on its current stage of growth? It's in a 7 gallon fabric pot so I was expecting it to be around 3 feet.

That plant is not overfed, she is underfed. Now is good time to start on bloom feed regimen but she still needs nitrogen in the mix, not just a PK booster.
