Any help appreciated

I'm new to growing only did 1 before this. I started 5 Wonder Woman seeds from nirvana around 6/1 in coco starting cubes under T5. They were in my closet in a tent in the desert. Needless to say I had some expected heat issues that I ignored from the beginning and hoped it would fix itself. Getting up in the low 90s some times while I was at work. When it became obvious it wouldn't I moved them. Temps are now in the 70-75 range. I started to notice a little yellowing on one leaf of one plant. And some drooping so I transplanted in solo cups then that was around 6/14 and gave 1/2 strength canna a,b,and rhizotonic. Yellowing didn't clear up so I thought it might be a cal mag deficiency. I added general organics CaMg+ at half strength next watering and yellowing kept getting worse. So next water watered with distilled. I moved them into 1 gallon smart pots 2 days ago. They stills are drooping I'm thinking that might be cause I can't keep humility over 50 more like 35 to 40 not sure if that's why? But I still can't figure out the yellowing leaf on the one plant then I woke up this morning and saw some metal looking spots on the same plant but another leaf. If anyone might have any ideas I would appreciate it. Thank you all IMG_0325.JPGIMG_0326.JPG

Greetings, what's the pH you are dropping? Is it constantly the same?

And I can say if you are in a Coco product you need more Mg to compensate for Coco's sheety CEC when it comes to Mg.

The water after nutrients is 6.9 runoff is anywhere between 6.5 and 6.7 depending on what plant I am checking. That's what I read about the coco so I figured that was the problem but it didn't seem to help. None of the other plants are having color changes on the leaves just this one. But they all seem to be experiencing drooping leaves

Ur ph should be around 5.8 in coco. What's your RH? I get wrinkly leaves with low humidity. But u should sort that ph out asap

I'm not exactly sold on the ph down or up for that matter..I need to get something organic to use to bring ph in range. When checking I should only need to ph the water going in and keep that in range right? That's how I'm understanding it growing in coco, if I have this wrong please let me know. When adjusting ph I would add all nutrients first then check after and bring into acceptable range right?

You are overwatering those desperate for root oxygen little plants.cYou are watering them too frequently. They will not just die on you the second you are not looking, need to leave them alone. Weed is called weed because the shit grows like a weed with not much input, if conditions are right, they'll do their own thing. DO NOT WATER THEM SO FREQUENTLY. AIR TO THE ROOTS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

After you watered them in, I'm betting you watered them again way too soon, and have been doing this consistently. Especially now, in those big pots, once you water, that's it, leave them alone for many many days, that shit will hold moisture down there. Only use 1/4strength nutrients for now and dont just wet them little bit around the plant or put some set little amount, soak that shit once very well with lots of 1/4 strength nutrient solution so water you have water coming out the bottom, and only do this when they next need to be watered, and since you can't get a hang of the watering schedule, the next time you think they need water, remember, THEY DONT, wait another full day or even 2... and dont use nutrients in every watering, and the waterings that you don't add nutrients dont use distilled water for that, use some regular bottled non fizzy spring water, water less frequently, and leave them alone! Slowly drop the light 1 notch every day, this will give them more warmth to deal with this overwatering situation, but when they're under stress now, dont beamm strong light on them, it should be way up like I think I saw in your pic, good, but just lower it 1 notch day by day, not BOOM in one day on them, they're under stress.

Hope you understand, you are watering too often, too little I'm betting, no runoff, too cold compounding situation, and 1/2 strength is a good strength for that size plant overall, but not now when they're under stress and who knows what you already did to the medium/coco, as long as they have a balanced nutrient, like what Canna nutrients are, it's not about the strength, it's about just having everything there for them in little doses in right balance. but they cant absorb any nutrients and are going yellow deficient because roots are oversaturated. this is your issue. just stop overwatyering, and feed low and slow not too much and they're stand up and turn green again.

cu good luck.

And pH is very important, if the pH is not within range, nutrients cannot be absorbed, but your main issue is you water too often.

pH of 6.1 in coco works well. and keep it consistent.

What I am about to write, do not do this until you see their leaves standing healthy again, only when they are healthy again standing up with vigor not drooping leaves overwatered soggy half dead, when they're better, and only then, give them 1/4 strength CalMg foliar spray, just a good couple mists to all the plants, NOT SOAKED spraying them for 2 minute straight.
This is my advise to you.

No problem, now it's all up to you. :) Good luck. Overwatering is #1 issue from new growers, so dont worry, you are not alone or special in this regard, it gets some getting used to. They'll survive, just don't water so frequently.

Have you watered until the entire root mass is damp to start with? These plants appear to be too dry wich in turn is keeping your plants from up taking nutrients obviously as nutrients are only available to a plant in solution. I do not grow in coco , soil only but I can tell you that your plants are in a too dry environment (as you stated) and are not getting enough water or food. My opinions only. Good luck

Most new growers wont just leave their plants without water and let them droop and die over several days, they're too scared what's going on and keep dumping water on them too often is usually the case. Just sayin...

(edit- and reading his first post of all the things he's done, he doesn't seem like the type to just not do anything or lay stagnent idle hands if ya know what i mean.)

I just transplanted into the gallon smart pots 2.5 days ago, while they were in the cups I did water till runoff but it wasn't a lot of runoff. Then I would wait to water till they dried out. I watered the day of transplant then, I didn't want to over water the small plants so I didn't water the new medium just transplanted and used a baster filled a couple times to damp it. (Maybe that was a bad idea) I just watered them last night pretty much split 1 gallon between all 5 plants.

I adressed your little bit of water, watering technique up there, only when they need it next and better make damn sure they do need to be watered and not watering too frequently, soak that shit with 1/4strength Canna nutes with good good runoff, then leave them alone for several days.

Umbrella effect could be in play. Its where the rootball is dry and the medium around it is dry. Pour the water in and it bypasses the root mass in the middle entirely. Over the top and down the sides. Ive known about this for years but Dr who put a name to it for me in another post I read.

My only thought about what you're sayin, is that he had these issues before putting in that big pot.
