I like running babies with 4-6 hours of dark. I think they need a break from the light and also "believe" that roots grow faster in the dark. Not knocking the 24/7, just what I like.

After u get past the veg state we can start talking bone meal fish meal worm castings etc also after it gets off the soil

It's true root development can be helped by giving it a couple dark hours but once the roots establish 24!!

Can you return it? In all honesty it's a personal preference many many many folks use it
