They recovered very nicely Wolf!!! Looking good!!!
My plant is getting a bit burnt up too from growing into the light.
Im curious if you would know...if we were to use clear plexiglass between the bulbs and the top of the plant do u think it would have any effect on the power or lumens of the cfl themselves??? Kinda curious, cause then my plant wouldnt get burnt to shit!!!! LOL

Also, I know you were curious about that black stuff that was then purple and now has some red...lol so here it is (now at 4 weeks)...guessing its strain!

nice idea, even put a small computer fan blowing across the top side of the plexiglass. but I'm pretty sure plexiglass does block more lumens then you'd want to loose. glass would work better, but more dangerous and harder to handle. your best bet is nice and simple. raise the lights another inch. I keep an eye on mine, and move the light up when they get close. just gotta be careful.

Last I heard is that he's been working his ass off lately, so updates are few and far between.

This is an amazing grow and has caused my to try to emulate it myself. I have a bunch of questions.

1) What are the specs on the lights you're using (how many, watts, color temp?)
2) How do you know what to prune?
3) why did you switch over to lst over SCROG
4) how exactly are you doing the lst?

does lst use more space? you pull the plant over on its side and make it grow horizontally. does that mean you're using 2 square feet per plant instead of 1 like with SoG?

from what i understand, you dont necessarily pull the plant sideways, you just manipulate all of the branch growth to achieve a more even canopy. Seems like the same idea as scrog, just different means to an end.

My clones, if left alone, would be taking at least 3 times more space... both vertically and horizontally...

As the branches grew out, I pulled down to the "ground" and wrapped the branches around the plant in a spiral...

My colas are at the same level if not lower than my bottom nugs...exposing the fully to the light...

You could grow it out to take a bunch of space.... or not.... the choice is yours... lol

I know, I learned a lot from this thread and wolf. Got me into playing with Hydro and now Im hooked...LOL. I am just experimenting with some different bubble setups. I would have never been inspired to take the leap without this thread.

dude wolfman and farming toronto have completely fallen off the face of the earth. makes me wonder if they got busted, but that wouldn't make sense, both such small scale operations. if anyone took them in it would be complete bs talk about a victimless crime... anyway I hope thats not it, got me kinda scared.
