It's not funny anymore, the EPA was never really anyone's top hope for saving the environment but to basically use it to achieve the opposite of what it was supposedly created to do is atrocious. This is good news but it's not nearly enough.

WASHINGTON — Dealing a legal blow to the Trump administration, a federal appeals court ruled on Monday that the Environmental Protection Agency cannot suspend an Obama-era rule to restrict methane emissions from new oil and gas wells.
