Update on the G13 Labs - Blue Cindy today, I will update the progress of the Dinafem - Og Kush later as I ran out of time to take images this morning.
Things are moving along nice now with the G13 Labs - Blue Cindy. Plenty of bud sites appearing from top to bottom. Really tight intermodal spacing on the top buds. Lots of trichomes developing on the stems and leaves. Rather impressed at this early stage.
They are currently drinking 1.5 litres each per day.
That's that for the Blue Cindy updates for this week.

Update on the G13 Labs - Blue Cindy today, I will update the progress of the Dinafem - Og Kush later as I ran out of time to take images this morning.
Things are moving along nice now with the G13 Labs - Blue Cindy. Plenty of bud sites appearing from top to bottom. Really tight intermodal spacing on the top buds. Lots of trichomes developing on the stems and leaves. Rather impressed at this early stage.

So as said above today is a little update on the Dinafem OG Kush.
These girls have got their stretch on and have grown about 6 inches from the flip.
Nod spacing is further apart on these which as far as I can remember is normal with the OG Kush. Bud sites are popping up everywhere.
They had got a little pale on it so when the lights came on last night they got a good old foliar feed of seaweed extract and a little Epsom salts.
This morning the plants are a darker green and praying, so they liked their foliar feed. They are drinking about 1.5 litres of water a day and leeching out about 25% run off.
Temps have dropped a little also with the cooler weather atm, but to no ill effect.
Tempted to hit the lights up to 600watts but I started out saying no more than 400watts just to see what I can pull with less power in the new cab, so I'm sticking to that, even if I don't like it lol. (nice not to here the power meter screaming for more money)
Well that's the update for the week, have a good one all.

Had some time so here is one of the G13 Labs - Blue Cindy Day 13 12/12. Shot on black. I think the black makes it easier to see the structure of the plant rather than on white.
Plants about 24inches in height max and still in a 2l tall pot.
I think the Blue Cindy plants will just get their skirts trimmed off end of week 3 of 12/12/.

Plants fed 50/50 Ionic Coco Grow and Ionic Coco Bloom
Feed Temp 20c
EC1.4 - PH 5.8
Nothing exciting happening in the flower room since the last update.
Only change really is the nutrients are now being mixed 50% Ionic Coco Grow and 50% Ionic Coco Bloom, the feeds will stay at this till end of week 3 12/12.
If anyone would like to offer some advice on the G13 Labs Blue Cindy plants. Should I trim the bottom branches off are just let them go, they are about 2ft tall max and don't think they will stretch much more. Trying to get things under control for when I start adding more clones to continue building up to a full sog.

. Nice to see different growing styles in one grow too. How many of them mini xmas trees could you fit in there you reckon bet you could get a huge yield doing that.
Curious what paint you used for your groom im out the tents soon too.

50 sog plants in 2 litre tall pots will fit snug. Will get it filled up at some stage once the OG Kush reach harvest stage, ment to be 55 days we will see.
The paint is Crown MDF Primer, then on top is a flat white bathroom anti mould paint. Planty of anti mould paints out no idea which is best. Floor is white stick on floor tiles.
As for tents I won't ever go there again, I'm in a smaller space but suits my needs and I find it easier to keep dialled in and the silience in the bedroom is a welcome bonus.
Trying to find diaries on here can be a pain, just book mark it, if using Microsoft edge just pin it to the desktop, quicker.

Next time, top the main stem before putting it in bloom. In fact the best option is to top it early when there are only 4-6 side nodes. Letting those side nodes grow out makes it much easier to create a flat top canopy, which will use light from overhead much more efficiently and lead to greater yield.

Well it's that time when things start to get interesting Day 22 of 12/12.
All plants got some selective defoliation and their skirts trimmed on the 19th and have bounced back with vigour. The nod spacing is now tighter on all plants, bud sites are exploding in size as can be seen in the attached images.
Feed has now been changed to Ionic Coco Bloom only.
Temps have been reduced a little so lights on is now 24c and lights off 20c. I will keep them at these temps till harvest time. I like how these slightly lower temps can bring out some nice colours as the plants mature. Any new plants entering will just have to deal with it.
The G13 Labs - Blue Cindy are getting 2 litres of feed every day. The Dinafem - OG Kush are getting 3 X 1 Litre feeds a day.
I stuck the kilowatt meter on this morning just out off interest and the total power usage including extraction fan is 448 watts. Happy with that.
Well that's it for this week, images below as usual.

@key4 yeah I'm getting sick of hand watering, time I built the flood n drain tray, wood and pond liner sitting here, then I can set the timers and go f&d or dripper etc. Lazy bastard mode I'm in since building the new cab lol.
The blue cindy is a real nice plant to grow and a real nice daytime smoke, but overdo it and trippy time. Will have a groom full of blue cindy sogs soon enough. I like it that much.
