First thoughts, just looking...
The plants are packed with Nitrogen.
Too much Nitrogen makes plants weak and susceptible to pests/disease.
Too much Nitrogen and not balanced with other minerals in the food can make the plants stretch like that.
Small pots can make plants srtetch like that.
You have to give them only clean water for the next at least 2-3 waterings and then see what's up.
You also have to find and identify the bug that is munching on your leaves to be able to formulate a plan of attack.
Also, you are overwatering; watering too soon when they don't need it keeping them too saturated at all times. Air to the roots is the most important thing!
Let the pots/soil dry well before watering, whenever you think it's time wait another day, or two!
