These 2 plants have been vegged for 4 weeks and currently been under 12/12 for 19 days. Both plants have been healthy since day one and not flinched at all even with heavy training but the roots have never looked great especially the one one the left, the one on the right isn't too bad but nothing like I've seen on the net. The roots have been browny for the last 6 weeks on the left plant but I did have a crimped airline for a few hours / half a day (could of been either) . Anyway what do you guys think? The plants are healthy? Surely after this long the plants would show signs of something was wrong? Especially say root rot??

Peroxide will bail you out and reset it. Work on solving the issue which is usually water temp and/or oxygen levels. They look healthy above bucket. Roots don't look too bad, could benefit from the peroxide. Your not in any situation where you are gonna lose the plants right now. However keep in mind issues can compound specially if other variables start to change. Try to keep water temp below 68.

Also do a lot of research about defoliation. At least If you have good light(but not perfect with side lighting ect) and in DWC where it can have fast delivery of nutrient it really seems beneficial indoors.

Cheers for the advice lads .. airs not the issue as I have a 60 or 90 ltr air pump between 2 pots, temps I'm not sure of tbh it's on the list of things to get. Im4satori I see you commenting on all the problem post trying to help people out .. top bloke! Will 3% peroxide be strong enough? I have defoliated also pretty much all under the net is clear other than leafs that aren't blocking light as I didn't see the point in removing them. I have added calcium hypochlorite in the last 2 days at like 1-2 ppm but it's not very soluble and isn't very stable meaning it's left the res within a day. What peroxide ( brand) do you both use? Again thanks for the advice .. I've always appreciated people who try to help others for nothing!

brand don't matter as long as its 3%

yes 3% at 12mls per gallon is strong enough

Usually rated in watts or a per hour rating. If that's 60 or 90 liters per hour, that would be pretty low I would think.

Edit: mine would be around 3600 for 2 pots for instance.

Second edit: maybe with liters they go per minute? Which 60 would have you at 3600 per hour.
