my seeds have broke the surface today and 1 of them is all white please help

If it is root up , then take it out and replant into the medium . The seedling should be placed with taproot pointing downward

Actually up. It makes a u turn. Pointy end of the seed up.

The proper way makes the soil slowly pull the hull off the seed.

I thought they did this to anchor themselves when they're small. I can see by the pic how it helps with the hull, though.

I've had therm grow root up, like you said, I just covered them with dirt and let them be, takes a little longer, but they always found the light.

I'm sure if helps anchor them also.

I've only seen one out of years and years of growing not right itself. It was weird and I should've taken a picture.

The root kept growing longer and longer and as it did do the seed would turn. Ended up looking like a seed with a big coil of root around it.
