Don't know if srs since you like to troll a lil (funny most of the time, so no hate). I think it shows a great deal of financial responsibility moving into a caravan/trailor. He probably could have taken out some loan from a shitbag company to ''own'' a larger home, but chose to stay out of debt and in turn is probably making a much smaller carbon footprint than most of those on this site.

i moved out west during a time shortly after the last financial crisis. defaulted on that home I couldn't sell and have since paid off another. trailer trolling notwithstanding.

it was a net loss for me and I learned a lot. it was still way cheaper than renting though.

i've already explained why we make more with the extra money invested than the cost of a few years of PMI, but you don't get to seem that more money>less money, which is probably why you live in a trailer.
