Vipa 450w flowering stage?

Hey...am on my first grow..iv used a vipa 450w led up to now. Iv been vey happy with the results so far but after reading TOO much online im toying with the idea of buying a 250w HPS bulb and using that instead during flower.....
What do you all think? Just so you know im only doing one plant at a time in a cupboard so even if the vipa is only putting out 200 real watts, is that enough to flower 1 plant??

Looks good man. More light the better. It's whatever works best for you. There's no right or wrong.
A single 450 will still produce dank buds just don't set your expections of getting like a half pound or something ya know?
Use both veg and bloom switch to flower. And good luck!

A 250 watt hps could cover 6.25 square feet. Idk much about led but i can tell you that hps is gonna put off a lot more heat so if your not ready to deal with that forget it. Maybe someone else can comment on whether your led is any good for flowering. If from research you think its not the hps will not let you down as long as you put down a little bit for a good brand hps setup and good bulb

iv got plenty of bud sites on show...i might juist stick with the vipar for this grow..

As you probably know a Viparspectra 450 give you a '' sweet spot '' of arounf 12 inches square directly below the light, if you are only flowering one plant at a time the whole plant would be in this sweet spot and should perform well

Have had no probs flowering 4 plants under 1 300 vipar-currently running 4 in 5 by 5 tent.Got 12 zips from 4 plants under the one.
