Ill agree in some areas there is corruption. In the areas where it is done right it works very well. The proof is our own hunting and fishing laws here.
That's the reason for quatoas on fish, crab and even animals that are legal to hunt.
The monies from allowing hunting and fishing here in the states pays for conservation and game officers.
I don't see how that's hard to understand. Opening up legal avenues of hunting is not the problem. The corruption is.
I'm just saying that quota and management style works. I actually hunt that way. Its not opinion. This comes from my whole life of being involved in hunting and conservation.
