duration and temp will both control the end result.

Then i don't see why he had to try to pass Google pics off as his own and i failed to find any oil pics he has posted that are not google images....but anyways If he does make his own oil and is doing 1/2 pounds in 2 hours he is defanately doing it with better equipment than me. Shame he didnt even want to link me to his process. Weird being on a growing website and to not try to help or encourage, But i have found as ive switched back to indoor from outdoor that the indoor people are not as nice or as helpful as the outdoor crowed. The indoor people will argue about everything and everything, even if they haven't tried it. Must be lack of sun. lol

In answer to your question Im not sure. I had about 3 to 5 ozzies of Sativa (Aussie Blue) popcorn and trim (mainly popcorn) from a few plants. Was no good to me as ive got a year or twos supply and wasnt worth me selling and the people I give away to had been given a heap and i dont want to be treated like a charity, so i decided to try an Ethanol extraction/wash.

Cannabis had already been sitting in the freezer for a couple of months or longer and i placed the Ethanol in with it for a couple days.
Removed cannabis and placed in a stainless steel bowl and covered with ethanol. I let it sit with some agitation for about 1 to 3 min then into a frier filter to filter.(these are about 70 microns) Then liquid went into a glass dish that sat on a bench in my garage with a fan going for about 3 to 4 days to air evap.
Temps would of swung as its a self contained largish building with poor insulation. Maybe 10c to 22c. Probably with around 30% humidity.

As you can see by the pic the thinner pieces are honey clear but as it gets thicker it has a darker..maybe red tinge to it and does go honey clear when heated (like on a nail). I scrapped different sections at different intervals and the harder glassier pieces from the last scrape are clearer but not soft like the pic. I gave that batch away to a mate. He is a heavy smoker (over 55 and smokes all day- even at work as its his own business. Im no spring chicken either) and says its pretty damn good but not as tasty as the batch in the pic (i gave him some of that batch to). He is also familiar with the strain that I grew (as again I have givin him a few ozzies). Seems the oil doesnt have the legs of the flower (flower does have bloody good legs) but does hit harder with a nice lemon taste.

Anyways..thats the stroy and if i bother to do it again in a few months Im open to any simple ways to improve the product.

there was a lot of content before the last software change...and once you been called on something as many times as gb has...it prob gets old...real quick.
He is always willing to help if asked the right way...
I do all my washes on 3 season porch mid winter usually around minus 15 c everything frozen
and washes are under 30 seconds.

Does it come out more honey clear? how do you evap?

Yes the quick wash will give you a light to amber syrup and depending on how you like to evap
already dried starting material won't need decarb and can be air evap or shallow dish and fan also temp dependent to avoid water being pulled in from the cold air
fresh frozen I use a rice cooker on lowest setting...no boiling just simmer at best...
sativa's tend to be a bit darker or red

yeah i know of people who wash every single bud, some people water cure for days, others vigorously wash in baking soda/lemon juice before hanging to dry (like this guy). it doesn't really affect potency just reduces taste/smell. apparently makes it much smoother. i plan on doing a side by side next harvest by washing 1 branch from each strain.

Considering that everybody is high paid in Germany it seems probable that they would pay a lot more than Canadians ever would for Canopy shitweed, so they'd be stupid to sell it in Canada. And if they get a permit to export then it would be unfair not to also grant every other LP the same permit. Then every one of them would send every gram to Germany. What Canadian would pay these prices.

About people with criminal records not being able to get a production permit, taking Ontario as an example, with liquor production licenses they do ask on the application if you have a criminal record but it's not a requirement not to. They just want all your personal info. So why the double standard? And obviously why is Health Canada going to be the issuer when liquor production licenses are issued by each Province? Does Health Canada have a mandate to supply the nation with recreational drugs? I'd like to see that text. No health depts are involved in licensing weed production in any of the legal US states. They only license medical production, the liquor control boards handle all rec weed licensing. Trudeau is fucking freelancing and hoping nobody notices any of this shit. The only involvement in the rec weed trade the fed gov is entitled to is excise tax, just like with liquor.

Denver has the tech. in this video the news crew gets people to smoke and drive, smoke more and drive again, etc multiple times until they've smoked a gram or two and testing levels each time, as well as testing 1-2 hours after last smoking. By 2 hours after their last hoot, some of them were almost back to baseline. I think by 3-4 hours after smoking everyone would be back to below legal limit. Except addy, she was 11x the legal limit still one hour after smoking lol. Their legal limit is 5ng/ml

It was my understanding canadian committee officials visited denver etc, I don't understand how they didn't ask such an important question like driving intoxication. Just like every other committee or public inquiry, just a HUGE waste of time and money. Like the inquiry in to missing and murdered indigenous women. (HINT: It's their own fault for living high risk lifestyles, like drug addicted alcoholics who prostitute yet the government has left all these dumb chiefs expecting some type of answers). we really need to remove trudeau from office, the idiot failed on electoral reform, wastes taxpayer money left right and center (the budget will balance itself!!), and i highly doubt this rec legalization will even go through and it's just a scam so he can blame the conservatives before the election.
