HELP! Growing in Tropical Climate

Hello, I live in a tropical climate that has perfect temperatures year round for growing outdoors.

The problem is that the light cycle is 11 and a half to 13 hours a day.

I want to grow guerrilla style.

I want to start the seeds inside then transplanting outside into the ground when they are big enough.

What light cycle should i have them on? 12/12 same as the outdoors?

Will my plants stay in vegetative state since the amount of light per day only varies by about one hour or will they eventually automatically flower when outside?

How big should I grow them inside before moving them outside into the ground.
If I have them at 18/6 light cycle inside how can I prep them to go outside into a 12/12 cycle without them immediately flowering?

Is there a way i can control how long they are in vegetative stage without supplementary light?

No matter how big they are they will start flowering with anything less than ~14 hours of light.

Thank you for you reply but im trying to just start the seedlings so that i can transplant them into the ground because i don't have the space for them where i live.

at 12/12 they will start to flower as soon as they are old enough but this will give you smaller plants. keep them at 18/6 until you are ready for them to flower. they double or triple in size during flowering so this needs to be considered when choosing how long to veg

Because I live in a tropical climate were i only get 11 1/2 to 12 1/2 hours of sunlight per day and I don't want my 4 week old seedlings to start flowering when i take them outside and plant them into the ground. I want them to grow as big as possible.

The problem is I don't have the space to grow them through there vegetative stage.
I want to start them off indoors so they have a better start outdoors in the 11 1/2 - 12 1/2 hours of daylight per day year round and have them go through there vegetative stage outside in the ground.
