Don't know exact day off hand, 16-17th day of flower. Going decent. Lots of tops. One plant inparticular is producing recognizably more than the other two. White hairs are getting long on all the plants. Recognizably larger everyday.

They are fucking growing too fucking fast lol. I'm having to pull down the main branch down more and more. But idk, buds are looking good and smelling yummy, hairy. I hoping a decent amount of weight, 1lb goal.

Should I trim the bottom tiny shit off, like they have hairs not much buds, but I didn't know whether to leave them as the weight all adds up in the end, or take the loss of the little shit to make the main colas bigger.

Just take off the lower fluffy shit that your gonna dread trimming. Especially if it looks shaded by the bigger upper growth. Do it now and dont wait.. it helps direct more "energy" if you will to the top buds thus making them better. Leave the once that are dense if they look nice. Its really up to you but most people I know including me cleans it up about 14-20 days into flower depending on the strain. Do it once and do it good then leave it alone after.

Clean up the bottom third all of that bud is going to be larf. Also you need some major canopy attention in my opinion.

You're going to yield less than you did with soil. You're running only a 2.5 gallon pot versus 5 gallon with soil. Sorry to say.

POt size wont affect yield when comparing soil to hydro. Thats just common sense...

Of course it will. Pot size is the biggest determining factor in yield besides the genetics with all other things being equal such as environment.
THis is true. Unfortunately it is not true when comparing soil to hydro. With 5 gallon buckets ill produce much more in hydro. Also veg time is the biggest factor in yield my good sir.

This is the first test run with this system, I decided to leave the bottoms growing, next time I'll trim bottom at a earlier stage.
I Usually leave the big fan leaves unless there shading over the goods. If you trim the bottom earlier in flower you wont have the fluff. After your first run youll understand what to keep. I agree with stripping the bottom third of the plant or "lollipopping" a little after the flip

Ill take piks of my baskets in my buckets with the roots n all lol i just grabbed the biggest net pots i could find but yea i strip mine and slam a trellis over it to keep em low and promote the lower growth to stretch. Like a half ass scrog with a ton of plants
