Question on my ventalation setup and airflow

Hello, I have a 3.5ft x 3.5ft grow tent in my 4ft x 8 ft closet in my spare bedroom. I also cut out a 6in x10in hole in the side of the wall that connects the closet to the spare bed room and put a vent cover over it so u cannot see it. That way I can have the closet door shut and air can still flow into the closet. I cut a 4in diameter hole in the ceiling in the closet that leads to the attic. I have a 170 cfm inline fan with a odorsok in the grow tent. From the grow tent to the ceiling I have 4in ventilation hose that I have connected to the hole in the ceiling that leads to the attic. My question is, since I have the fan in the grow tent sucking all the air out of the growtent which is coming from the closet and the air is coming from the rest of the inside of my house. Is the fan going to be sucking all the cool air in my house that is being produced by my aircondition unit and raise my electric bill from the unit being run all the time or will it not make a big difference? THe airconditon unit is not a window unit. It is a big regular one. OR when it is winter time, will the fan be sucking out all the heat that the heater in my house is producing. you won't have any problem with your setup as the amount of air you are venting should not be significant compared to the amount of air your ac puts out. same for heating.
