I'm pretty sure E-Papillon DE are "UL" listed and those were catching people's homes/warehouses on fire about 2-3 years ago. They actually had to get bought out of their warranty contract (Phive-8 Dist.) because they had such a high failure rate.there is no LED that i know of that is UL listed. EVERY electrical device worth a shit in america is pretty much UL listed.
and trust me, these guys would kill for that UL listing
Certain areas in Colorado even restrict the residential use of DE because it was such an issue in 2014. I've seen a few Gavita's returned that were melted as well, but those had a much lower return rate.
