8 1212s would be cheaper, offer better coverage, and be at least as bright at the same total wattage

Ok Kool thanks @CobKits not.sure.if I wanna run just the cobs or try the 315 cmh units was going to run 3 -315 cmh units in my 9x5 I also have a amare 450+uvb and I have 4 3590 Db 3500K AND 4- 1212 ON one frame and seems to work decent not sure if I run the 8-1212s with the amare 450 in middel and then the 8-1212s on one side the other 8 cobs on the other think it do good?

amares and CMH are both good lights, im thinking if you hang any of these combos high enough to be even it would be hard to go wrong

Well evertime I grow the buds are always fluffy and don't weigh much but I do have some plants going now that are under the 4 Cree and 4 citizen cobs in a 4x4 and they are dense but still a lil fluffy I'm trying to get better yeilds harder buds just don't know if it's the lights or something I'm doing wrong as I'm not it the smartest person lol but I try

I also ran 2 600w hps before and buds were Fuller but still fluffy and honestly I think the cobs did better I'm running now

No I don't seen one at hydro shop to but I'm not good at math to figure anything out anyways lol

buy a $30 lux meter off amazon it will be your best friend for balancing your garden. it doesnt matter if your readings are ultra precise. put it near the best looking cola in the room and try to match that reading over the rest of the room

@CobKits I am going to go all out and make.a.12-1212 fixture but how many thermal Sheetz will i need I got.one fro $11 on my order but idk how many cobs I can do with one also I got the 4000 k would it be better to throw a few 3000k in there also as.ill veg and flower with this thanks

one sheet makes 25 pads for 1212s

i like the paste tbh

4000k is more "ideal" for veg and 3000k is more "ideal" for flower but both will do both acceptably. mixing is not a bad idea, esp if you put them on different drivers and can shift the spectrum of the whole area by dimming one or the other

@CobKits I put order in instead of the 3 CMH I just got 16-1212s I'ma do 8 on each frame but I only ordered 2 damn drivers I have one that's a 700mah instead of the 1400 I'll just run 4 on that would that work running 8 on that 700mah but I think I'd rather just order the 185hc1400b will you ship that with other order?
