i defaulted on that home. I was barely there a year and put nothing down, hence the pmi....that was my second home. I'm on my third primary now and we are the same age.

i made no improvements, made minimum required payments and blamed no-one but myself for buying an over priced home. and I bought it alone.

again, congrats on your first median priced home purchase.
