hi guys i have last question before i make my order
i sew that the IDEAL 50-2303CR 3590 Holder ha a 250V max
and on growmau5 video he hooked 8 cobs that are 288V
is it ok? or should i stick with lower then 250V?

but if i connect 10 cobs in series isnt it 360v through the Circuit
That's correct. There's no need to put 10 of them in series anyway. You can use smaller drivers with more circuits or you can wire in parallel with low voltage drivers.

That vid is a couple years old. There are better chips available now anyway. Vero 29 and Citi 1825s are both better values.

ive seen lots of people exceed voltage on these. doesnt make it right. id have less of a problem putting 277V to one than 450V

Dude what? I hope you're not building fixtures...

Those holders are probably good much higher than 250v, but they have a rated max for a reason. I wouldn't worry too much about running them a little above, but I skipped the holders on my build. Not a big deal unless you plan on running reflectors.
