Check the triches, you may not be waiting another 36 days.as long as that? i thought they would be ready in less then 10 days lol. so keep on feeding them for now
Why does a 600 perform better than 1000's?600s perform better in 4x4s. 1000s are better suited to 5x5s
If you can manage perfect temps with a 1k in a 4x4 thats the best wag to go imo . which isnt too hard just need ac and good air exhaust/intake and air flow in the tent. Why does a 600 perform better than 1000's?
I use 1000's for the most part because there cheaper to buy at wholesalers lol.If you can manage perfect temps with a 1k in a 4x4 thats the best wag to go imo . which isnt too hard just need ac and good air exhaust/intake and air flow in the tent.
600s are more efficient.Why does a 600 perform better than 1000's?
Yes your right about the effeceincy part but it is very small and doesn't really apply here. We're talking one light not multiples. A 600 will adequately cover a 4x4 and I use em. A 1000 will cover a 4x4 better and produce more, again I use em. If I use more than one for a larger footprint I switch to 600's because yup better than one 1000w but for the single 4x4 I get better coverage and better yield so that would, imo, make it a better choice. For me it's about getting as much as I can in the given space as fast as possible. If you can manage the heat that is lol, I stop growing inside at the start of summer as it's just not worth the cost of cooling when I have the means to go outside. And yes I'm biased for the simlple fact I can buy a 1000w at electric wholesale for 1/3 less, they look at you like your a pot grower when you ask for a 600 lol. Also in a 4x4 vs 5x5, you have volume differences. The heat gets spread more in a bigger tent. Yeah, you can vent the shit out of a 4x4, but a 1000 will easily cover a 5x5.
IMHO - If you're not going LED at this point, a 600 is a perfect sized HID for a four by.
