Help!! When I pull off dying fan leaves buds are coming off with them

Is this normal?? I'm about 10 weeks into flowering and waiting for some more amber trics. Almost all cloudy but hardly any amber at all. These nickel sized buds are coming right off attached to the fan leaves. Is this a sign of bud rot??? Or does it mean that the plant is ready to go??? Or is it just normal?

The leafs were both dying and some completely curled up brown and dead. Even the completely dead ones were taking bud with them. I will be more careful removing leaves

the buds coming off are light green, no brown to them, if anything they're lighter than the top colas

Well the leaves look just like the leaves in the bud rot pic but it's only like one leaf every few days for each plant but the bud near those leafs don't look like the bud rot pics at all, they still look green and good

Find a bud you think has rot, then give it a gentle squeeze. If it crumbles, you're screwed.
