Tesla cars are expensive as fuck and new technology always has many many problems expensive problems. All misinformation that you refuse to question. New batteries are covered under warranty and have a longer life expectancy than the car itself. The pollution to create the batteries isn't that much more than a regular motor, and throughout it's life it will pollute a lot less than a conventional car. IIRC, 40,000 miles is the break even point on pollution, and new batteries will go 300,000 miles.
Batteries get cheaper the older the car. From $300-$1000.
The hybrid idea is pretty cool, a gas motor charges the battery so you never have to plug in if you don't want to, and the battery and motor share the work. Essentially, you just use less gas, what's the downside?
But isn't this thread about North Korea? Did you know they plan to hit a US territory mid August? Not too mention it's August 13th so it's just around the corner. I'm sure they won't stop until they destroy LA but lets debate cars.
